Passion for the written word is fundamental for connecting with like-minded people from around the world. Always a worthy thing to do.

With regard to poetry, I focus my writing in ways to increase right human relations. Desperate world conditions demand it. Subject matter includes happiness, health, wealth in many forms, life, love, loss, inner peace, making a difference, individual passion, Hospice, life purpose and so much more.

Utilizing my creative power of thought, along with free-flowing inspiration, I craft poetry to bring it into the world and then release it by sharing as a way for me to make a difference. Why? I would ask, why not? Personal expression can be a relief when it is a release of what matters in this world of ours. Making a difference in ways that build up and not tear down. We need more of this type of human behavior.

As to my wordsmith ability for crafting poetry, I use Free Verse but certainly use Rhyming as well. I do like the use of Alliteration and Descriptive Adjectives for producing Cadence within my poetry.

I often find myself mentally brainstorming over a word or phrase in order to give proper meaning to what is the essence within each poem. Something that remains important to this writer. I find that when I put a work-in-progress down for a while, I know that my subconscious is still working on it, and then when I pick it up again, often I move swiftly to close out the crafting of a given poem in a very satisfying way.
